Use of Kere

Kere helps businesses manage commerce across channels including WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram, web storefronts, QR ordering, POS workflows, payments, inventory, fulfillment, and customer history. You may use Kere only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

Accounts and Business Information

You are responsible for the accuracy of information submitted to Kere, for maintaining the confidentiality of account access, and for activity that occurs through your account. You must have authority to connect any business, social, messaging, payment, or commerce channel you use with Kere.

Connected Channels

When you connect services such as Instagram or WhatsApp, you authorize Kere Ltd to process data from those services to provide Kere's features, including customer conversations, order creation, customer support, and fulfillment updates. Your use of connected services may also be subject to the terms and policies of those third-party providers.

Payments and Orders

Businesses using Kere are responsible for their products, services, prices, taxes, refunds, delivery promises, customer communications, and compliance obligations. Kere may integrate with payment, logistics, and commerce providers, but those providers remain responsible for their own services.

Service Changes

Kere Ltd may improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of Kere from time to time. We may also update these Terms, and the updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date.
